Veterans Should Reapply For Denied Benefits

If you have had your VA claim denied, you should reapply. That is the word, especially for those veterans suffering from PTSD and Military Sexual Trauma. The VA has made changes to the criteria to qualify for benefits for PTSD.

The VA appears to “want you” to give up on a claim. Why, with all of the roadblocks they throw in the way, it creates less work for them if you quit. Don’t quit.

My office has reviewed a number of denied claims recently, that should not have been denied in the first place. Secondly, we have looked at several claims that were denied under the old criteria and upon reapplication under the new criteria should be granted.

If you have questions about your VA claim or have been denied a claim for benefits, give us a call. We are here to help.
